Wizard for installing SAP Tooling doesn't detect wrong update site

Wizard for installing SAP Tooling doesn't detect wrong update site. For example, add the following VM in jbdevstudio.ini/eclipse.ini

-Djboss.discovery.site.integration-stack-sap.url=https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/staging/updates/integration-stack/

With the above update site the wizard installs only bundles with SAP libraries but no bundles with SAP Tooling. During the installation there is no error/warning and the installation succeeded (without installing SAP Tooling).
