Importing Fuse on EAP example complains about facet issue

While working on project examples, I imported one from the Fuse on EAP github repository and received this message:

"'Importing Maven projects' has encountered a problem. One or more constraints have not been satisfied."

Clicking on the Details button reveals:

"One or more constraints have not been satisfied. Utility Module and Dynamic Web Module 3.0 cannot both be selected."
