Rework and reenable the AMQ templates

AMQ Templates are currently disabled because they run locally (Java and Spring) but not on Fuse Runtime. We need to improve this.

Problem:

1. Spring and Java DSL variants work fine when run locally (mvn camel:run or executing the Camel Java Launcher) but do not work on the Fuse Runtime
2. Blueprint doesn't work locally

General Questions:

1. what should the templates aim for? Running locally, running on Fuse Runtime or both? (we once had the idea that every template we provide should run locally fine - is that feasable with AMQ?)
2. given the outcome of the above point we need to modify the templates accordingly
