Properly detect lost connection from JMX view

    Description

      After FUSETOOLS-1939 , the long UI freeze should have been all fixed but the Tree nodes in JMX views is vanishing a bit abruptly when the connection has been lost.
      It would be nice to handle properly a lost connection.
      How?

      • register a listener on the "Terminate" button? but what about killed process from outside?
      • should we provide a popup to warn user that connection has been lost?
