Add template projects to github

As we add new templates in zip files to https://github.com/fusesource/fuseide/tree/master/editor/plugins/org.fusesource.ide.projecttemplates/templates we should include the source for those zips as part of our github repo.

This would be a new top-level directory "templates" in the "fuseide" repository.
