Provide support for latest Camel Community Version 2.17.3

At the moment the editor needs a catalog service for the used camel version to open the editor. It would be nice to open the tooling to be able to also work with non-productized versions of Apache Camel.

1. introduce microversions in facets (currently we only have major.minor)
2. adapt camel configurator to install the correct facet
3. in the model we should check if we have a supported service for that version and if not we then generate one using the json catalog we then grab via maven?
4. (or alternatively refactor the model to rely only on the catalog jar dependency and download missing ones on the fly if possible)
