Fix sample project with https on the wront part of schema location for blueprint

I already fixed it for the emtpy sample. I found it on CBR too. nee dot check the ActiveMQ and check from where it comes from to fix the root issue

it shoudl be http://www.osgi.org/xmlns/blueprint/v1.0.0 https://www.osgi.org/xmlns/blueprint/v1.0.0/blueprint.xsd
but it generates https://www.osgi.org/xmlns/blueprint/v1.0.0 http://www.osgi.org/xmlns/blueprint/v1.0.0/blueprint.xsd
