we've seen someone hit an issue which is probably due to a http proxy issue.
We might want to say something along the lines of...
If eclipse can't download the license for whatever reason (for example HTTP proxy settings are required) you can just download the license file manually by going to your account page
then clicking on the Download License link (which is this URL: http://fusesource.com/account/license) then save the file in your home directory in a directory called ".fusesource/license.key".
So on OS X / unix its ~/.fusesource/license.key or on windows its your home directory, create a folder ".fusesource" and add the license.key file
