Default column in documentation tables is always empty

For example if you select the Log EIP and select the documentation tab.

Then there is table describing the options.
The default option column is empty.

I suggest for now to remove it as it takes some time to check all EIPs to ensure we provide the correct default value in the documentation.
And we have had some default changes over the Camel releases. However not so often not as Camel 2.x is stabilized.

Also I think I spotted a few required which was incorrect. Since the editor is able to spot which option is required or not (it marks them with a red symbol) if missing.
Then we could consider removing the column as well.

This will give more room for the description column and thus make the table less big and easier to read.
