add support for logback eclipse plugin (or create our own) when running Karaf servers?

basically a nice coloured UI to be able to view/filter logs from a live Karaf instance. Would be nice to integrate a log agent into it that could also work with FON's clustered elasticsearch based logs (for historical log searches) as well as live viewing of logs.
