One change is applied more times in SAP components

1. Add sap-idoc-destination component 2. Open Properties view and select the component 3. In Advanced tab edit all attributes to 'idocTypeExtension' except the IDoc Type and save 4. Select the component again (due to FUSETOOLS-1517 ) 5. Change 'idocType' to 'idocTypex' (just add 'x') 6. Save 7. Click on the canvas and the on the component 8. Repeat step 7 more times and notice what is happening with the original 'idocTypeExtension' (after several iterations there is 'idocTypexxxxxxxxExtension')
