Download server runtime does not work

    Description

      I'm unable to download a server runtime via:

      1. Preferences --> Runtime Environments --> Add --> JBoss Fuse --> (select some) --> Next --> Download and install runtime... - the link is not enabled
      2. Preferences --> JBoss Tools --> JBoss Runtime Detection --> Download - JBoss Fuse, Apache Karaf, Apache ServiceMix are not present here
