New Server Wizard bug with JMX Bundles plugin only

If a user install only JBoss Fuse Tooling JMX Bundles, in New Server wizard is present group JBoss Fuse (see attachment). Servers listed in this category are broken. IMHO the category JBoss Fuse should be removed, if I install only the mentioned plugin.
