The Fuse Message File wizard functionality needs cleaning up

    Description

The File>New>Fuse Message wizard creates a test message to use in route tracing. It creates a message with a specific structure. The User Guide states: "Route tracing requires that messages have a specific structure. They must have a message root element in the namespace http://fabric.fusesource.org/schema/messages."

Per Claus Ibsen, this statement is incorrect (and I have fixed the 7.3.0 user documentation) as the tracer works with any kind of message structure. Furthermore, he thinks that the "File -> New Fuse Message" is a leftover from earlier times when the team tried to add some testing capability to Fuse IDE. This feature may not have been completed or maintained over time, and likely needs to be updated or removed.

I'm in favor of updating it because I am using it in a Blueprint CBR tutorial that includes creating a number of test messages for route tracing. The File>New>Fuse Message wizard provides a handy shortcut for creating those test messages.
