improve creation of camel projects

    Description

      Update the current New Fuse Project wizard...

      1) update wizard (top level wizard also in Java / JBoss and Fuse Integration perspectives)

      • ask for project name, location and camel version
      • ask for runtime to deploy to (optional)
      • choice between starting with blank project or choose a predefined quickstart for a specific use case

      2) wire into JBoss Central --> this is already done when reusing the old wizard id
