Modify POM to remove associateSites, create an alternative independent update site and update JBTIS TP.

Remove associateSItes direct reference from the repository facade in favor of a composite reference (new in the repository-utils mojo). This will create a 'withReferences' update site that is independently installable while keeping what's aggregated in JBTIS/JBDSIS without embedded TP artifacts.

Also - update JBTIS TP to 4.2.0.Beta1b
