Servers have too many jars on launching classpath

Servers and their launch configs currently have too many jars on the classpath. After testing both karaf, fuse, and fabric from the command line, I've determined karaf only needs the following 2 jars:

karaf-jaas-boot.jar and karaf.jar

All other jars appear to be dynamically loaded, but I would need someone more familiar to verify.

Minimizing this list would also help if we ever add remote karaf support.
