JMX Navigator - prevent from close Camel Context

Closing the local camel context is more or less the same as ending
all camel activity. The Camel Context node is discarded then and there
is no way to recover the process at all. It would be maybe best to
simply not allow users to close the context at all.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a new Fuse project (e.g. camel-spring)
2. run the project as Local Camel Context or deploy it on Fuse server
3. close Camel Context via JMX Navigator View (see attachment)
