Allow to deploy a fabric profile and bundle with command 'mvn fabric8:deploy'

    Description

      The new fabric8 project allows to run a deployment against a Fabric Ensemble server to create/update a profile with the maven plugin - mvn fabric8:deploy

      That should be good to have a command from JBDS 'DeployToFabric/DeployProfile' to support that option too (create or update of a profile).
      That means that we should add the plugin definition + properties in existing camel,cxf archetypes ... to work with that option.
