forge static websites don't appear to use caching headers for images; so we seem to refetch all the images for static website layouts

      Description

comparing the navigation on our sites...
      http://fusesource.com/forge/sites/restmq/support.html

      to the apache ones
      http://camel.apache.org/

every page I visit on our site, I see the whole page redrawing quite slowly - I'm guessing the web browser is reloading all the images (despite them never changing!) making the site look ugly.

Am guessing we need to just add some good caching stuff when serving up /var/dav/sites/* over httpd so that browsers don't bother fetching stuff that never changes
