forge.bat uses %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%

    Description

      forge.bat ueses %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH% to determine the user's home directory, but using %USERPROFILE% would be the better choice, because java.exe also uses %USERPROFILE% to set user.home system property.
