NullPointerException on both forge shell script startup and installing new plugins

Steps to Reproduce NPE on Forge Startup:

1. Download the Beta5 Version from https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/FORGE/Home
2. Extract Files into Current Directory
3. Navigate to /home/myhome/Downloads/forge-distribution-1.0.0.Beta5/bin directory
4. Issue Command "./forge"

RESULTS:
