    Description

      Need an API with which plugins may save settings either at the project level ($PROJECT_ROOT/.forge) or at the global level (~/.forge/settings). This would be the first step in allowing plugins to use more intelligent defaults, and remember what users have done previously to avoid tedious interactions.
