Provide a way to save plugin profiles and to reuse them on a new project

    Description

      If one has projects with similar facets and configurations and one starts a new project, one has to always select the same plugins and configure them.
      It would be very cool to create profiles, which can be applied to projects to increase creation time even more and reduce errors.
