Allow user to choose the rest generation strategy

With the wizards, when a user wants to scaffold the UI from Entities and generate the REST endpoints at the same time, he cannot choose the strategy regarding how the entities are exposed (directly vs DTO). This option is available in the REST scaffold wizard, though.
