Introduce VERBOSE export option for stacktraces

In Forge 1, when an error occurred in a plugin, you could do:

set VERBOSE true

and execute the command again, that would display the stacktrace.

In Forge 2, it would be nice to have such functionality back, using

export VERBOSE=true
