Allow @WithAttributes to configure the command line parameter name for a UICommand

The UICommand component currently selects a command-line shell API parameter name based upon the variable name in the source code. Ideally the variable name should not be directly coupled to the source code variable name.

The @WithAttributes could provide a "parameterName" property to override the default naming convention.
