ShellUIPromptImpl.prompt() and promptSecret() accepts only one keystroke

The prompt() method in ShellUIPromptImpl should be enhanced to accept more than one keystroke. It should echo typed chars too.
promptSecret() should echo '*' or not show anything at all.

It also needs to handle backspaces and left/right arrow navigation.
