--packageName on rest-setup should be renamed to --targetPackage

      packageName should be renamed targetPackage. So instead of :

      [Test]$ rest-setup
--jaxrsVersion  --applicationPath  --config  --packageName  --className

      [Test]$ rest-setup
--jaxrsVersion  --applicationPath  --config  --targetPackage  --className
