Furnace maven plugin ignores the settings used in the Maven session

When I build JBossTools-Forge with a custom settings.xml file via mvn -s <some_settings.xml>, the furnace-maven-plugin ignores the supplied settings.xml file and uses ~/.m2/settings.xml instead.

The plugin must use the settings.xml used by the execution.
