Score Cards: Algorithm Name cannot be cleared

If you enter a value for "Algorithm Name" in the edit mode of "Core Properties" and then delete it the value becomes an empty String and no longer undefined. We only check for if the value is undefined when rendering the component and hence it is rendered along with an empty String as it's value.

We can either prevent the UI writing an empty String back to the model here or ensure the Reducer handles empty String values correctly here.

There are probably other places we write back an empty String to the model that need to be investigated and fixed too.
