The bundle JBoss Hibernate Entity Manager remains in Installed state and does not change to resolved. Further its a fragment bundle and should register under the host bundle JBoss Hibernate Object-Relational Mapper. As a result a packages:exports of the JBoss Hibernate Object-Relational Mapper bundle does not export any of the org.hibernate.ejb packages.
This all works fine with the default Felix runtime.
