Cannot log on to web console using default username and password on a new binary install

      Description

      I tried to log on to the web console on a fresh binary install using the default smx/smx username and password, but could not access it.
      I was able to log on using the same credentials on the new install of servicemix 4.4.0-fuse-00-43.
      Gert said that he reproduced the issue and there shouldn't be any change in the default password since previous releases.
