      Description

Currently the retry interval and maximum number of retries are hard-coded (2 seconds and 5 retries). We should allow for these values to be configurable.

This could either be done using a callback mechanism on the client, so that every client can dynamically configure these values, or as simple settings in ErraiApp.properties.

Starting with Errai 2.4, the client-side bus no longer gives up after a maximum number of retries. It will try to reconnect until told otherwise (i.e. in a bus lifecycle listener). We also now have a simple back-off algorithm in place instead of a fixed retry interval. Therefore, I am closing this issue as "out of date".
