Getting connections/links via the router management protocol causes AMQP framing errors

There is an issue affecting the command-line tool qdstat for AMQ Interconnect whereby very large responses to queries may overflow a decoder and raise an error rather than display the desired results. This could be a problem if there were large numbers of links or addresses in a router. This has been fixed in the current release by modifying qdstat to query the router in smaller partitions that will not overflow the decoder.
