When using linkRoute and AMQP client failover, connection is not reestablished if broker connection is lost

    Description

      When using a linkRoute on Interconnect Router, if the broker goes down and recovers, the client connected to the Interconnect Router is terminated, even if the client is using AMQP failover (failover:(amqp://host:5672)?failover.maxReconnectAttempts=20&failover.reconnectDelay=1000).

      Connecting directly to the broker or using autoLink on the Interconnect Router allows the connection to be reestablished when the broker recovers.
