[jms] connection fails using Kerberos against Interconnect

      When Interconnect tries to authenticate using Kerberos, an unexpected empty sasl-challenge is sent to the client. Due to empty sasl-challenge, the connection establishment process fails to complete and times out.

      Description

      The JMS client succeeds in connecting to the broker/Artemis when using kerberos, but fails to connect to the router/Interconnect.
