[cpp] Implement API for selectors

There is not selectors API, workaround is set selector as in example.

Second thing is that in example above is selector set as binary amqp type (vbin8), but it does not work with artemis as shown in ENTMQCL-483. Correct type, which works with all of our tests, is str8-utf8.
