[cpp] dbgheap.c assertion when adding types to message body (through proton::value)

Previous releases produced a memory error when setting `message.body()`. This caused a `dbgheap` assertion on some Windows platforms. This release corrects the conversion code and adds additional tests which resolves the conversion issues.
