[packaging] Eclipse Public Licence is included twice in the resource adapter licence zip pack

    Description

      We have two versions of Eclipse Public Licence around. There is "Eclipse+Public+License+10" file and "Eclipse+Public+License+Version+10", each containing the same text, except that the first file contains nicer formatting.

      In the resource adapter licence zip, both are contained. In other licence zips, the second one is contained.

      That seems to be the last problem with licences that I can see.
