    Description

      With AMQ 7.0.3 were all CMS tests OK.
      With AMQ 7.1.0 is CMS testing suite stuck on test N8activemq4test8openwire18OpenwireSimpleTestE::testWithZeroConsumerPrefetchWithInFlightExpiration and does not continue.

      Testing script is waiting for 2 hours and after that time testing suite is killed, with AMQ 7.0.3 it ends under 1 hour.
