[AMQ7, disk usage] current disk usage is not exposed in JMX

    Description

      In A-MQ6 the broker had StorePercentUsage in JMX which showed "percentage of store limit used" .

      It would be good to have a similar variable in AMQ7 so end users can monitor the amount of disk the broker is using to see if it is getting close to the top limit.
