Description
Can the number of times the slave tries to reconnect to the master before going "live" be made configurable.
At the moment it seems to be hardcoded to 5 in org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.server.cluster.qourum.SharedNothingBackupQuorum#RECONNECT_ATTEMPTS

AMQ212005: Tried 5 times to connect. Now giving up on reconnecting it.
