      Previously, unauthenticated clients were not disconnected by the broker. 7.1.0 includes a configuration parameter that limits the amount of time an unauthenticated client can remain connected.

      Description

      this is a max-negotiate-time. Maximum time a connection can take to send the initial protocol negotiation, so time between creating tcp connection and sending the first frame.
