Message grouping should survive failover

Currently in use case where multiple consumer consuming messages from multiple producers,each setting unique groupID (JMSXMessageID), the association between each consumer and its message group is lost in case of a failover. After failover consumers may receive message from a different message group resulting in JMSXMessageSeq being out of sequence. The association between consumer and its message group should be persisted and after failover consumers should be able to receive messages from the same message group as before.
