[OCP] Apply latest modularization templates, a-doc tagging

This JIRA is to track application of modular templates to all of the Broker 7.2 on OCP content.

• Andy T is contributing some content for Broker 7.2.0 on OCP release.
• He's following the model of the tutorial format Jen started for the TP release best he can, but a couple things have changed in the templates and on the CCS side since the TP release.
• Nichola already has some modules in flight; ensure that those conform, also.
