[ER2] activemq.xml has been renamed to broker.xml

    Description

      We noticed that activemq.xml has been renamed to broker.xml. Checking the standalone distro, I can see broker configuration file remains activemq.xml

      Please revert it back to avoid confusion and maintain consistency between older versions.
