Consumers Get Stuck In “Pull” Mode.

During a consumer restore process - due to a network disconnect/reconnect - consumer is placed in “pull” mode and remains in that mode. This is reflected in the JMX console where the consumers’ prefetch sizes are being set to 0. A side-affect of this is that message listeners are not being dispatched messages. This is very similar to what occurred with https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQNET-358.
