Update docs how ActiveMQ paths works with wildcards

Example Destination Wildcards doesn't explain how empty paths work with the > wildcard.
i.e. PRICE.> includes PRICE destination.
It modified at AMQ-4884 and it is different from previous behavior (in ActiveMQ 5.9.0, matches method returns false in this case). So please document this.
