Static destinations with selectors

This is related to case - 01945664.
The architecture diagram is attached. The Pub-Sub broker tier has additional consumers consuming from the Sub broker and the count is expected to grow. Any issues in the consumer application has impacted the Pub-Sub broker and also the broker in front of Pub (not in the diagram). Customer is trying to implement the static destinations however it does not work with Selectors

Requirement is to have static defined destinations be able to work with Selectors
